The rims were visually very clean on both the outside and peering in, overall the build quality appears excellent for the price point.
They also built up excellently and rims came in about 15grams under the claimed weight for per UL rim. Overall these rims represent excellent quality for the price.
Wheels came to just under 1450g for the pair Carbonal 65mm UL rims bitex bx360 hubs pillar wing 20 spokes and camping alloy internal nipples.
More importantly I had a lot of issues with the last mile delivery company, whilst not a reflection of Carbonal. Carbonal always took my concerns with the shipping issues very seriously communicated with me incredibly clearly and stepped in to resolve the issue rather than waving them away. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a clear friendly and helpful customer experience from any company. Whilst the quality of the product is excellent I would recommend Carbonal to anyone for their customer service alone.
