          Outstanding customer service

          Ordered a set of rim brake carbon wheels as the rims used by Carbonal custom builds have the widest internal and external measurements I could find anywhere. Unfortunately due to my personal circumstances I had to cancel my order a couple of weeks after making it.

          Even though these wheels were custom build and far along the process Carbonal have given me a refund only deducting a small marginal cost to compensate them for the work already done. In my opinion they have been more than fair.

          Further to this the customer service throughout has been exceptional. Response time by email was often within an hour or I would wake up to it given the time zone difference. All my questions answered with no issues.

          I would highly recommend this company from a service perspective.
