We would like to inform you that our office and factory will be closed for the Chinese New Year holidays from February 14 to 23, 2026. Normal operations will resume on February 24, 2026.
During this period, responses to inquiries and requests may be delayed. However, we understand that some matters may require immediate attention. If you have any urgent concerns, please feel free to contact us at sales@carbonalbike.com. We will monitor our emails regularly and address critical issues as quickly as possible.
